Worship Services
As we gather to worship, our main desire is the glory of God. At the center of our worship is the object of our worship, God Himself. “God is a spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). We seek to adore Him in spirit, by proclaiming biblical truth through the songs which are song, the Scriptures which are read, and the message which is preached. Our typical Sunday morning service begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends by 11:45 p.m. Each service includes congregational singing, a time to give our offerings to the Lord, prayer, the reading of God’s Word, and a message from God’s Word. Although it is a serious time as we gather to worship the living and true God, there is great joy as we worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Worshiping with Your Family
We thank the Lord for children who are present in our worship services. What a blessing to have the various generations together in corporate worship. Parents, you are welcome to keep your children with you in the services. As a ministry of helps to families, nursery care is available during all services. Due to COVID-19 there is no staffed nursery care, but parents are welcome to use the nurseries themselves if needed. During our Sunday 10:30 a.m service, there are two well-staffed and clean nurseries. Our infant nursery is for those 0 to 24 months. And our toddler nursery is for 2 to 3 year old children. There is also a Jr. Church which is dismissed mid-way through the 10:30 a.m. service and is for children age 4 through those in first grade. Our desire in Jr. Church is to teach Biblical truths that prepare children for participation in the corporate worship services.
